Going to be a tuff 90-days as I am on a extreme strict diet and going to be doing core body workouts for 7-days a week.
My goal is to go from 198lbs to 157-165lbs and be @ about 5-10% body fat. Going towards a lean, lighter body. I want faster mobility and quicker run times. I am getting rid of the heavier mass and heavy lifthing weights as all it did was make me bulky and strong, but not happy with the end results as I don't want my goal to be the next Ronnie Coleman, even though it is fun to push your self harder. :)
